Manage the data powering Prescient

The Data Center is where your data lives. Set up and manage connections, see what's connected, and organize campaigns for modeling — keeping everything current so attribution and forecasting stay accurate.

What you'll find here

Three tabs that cover where your data comes from and how it's organized.
1
Integrations
The systems Prescient reads from and writes to — warehouses, platforms, analytics.
2
Channels
The individual connectors feeding your models, with live status.
3
Tactics
Where campaigns are labeled into modeling groups for attribution and forecasting.

When to use this page

Whenever the quality of your data — and therefore your results — is on the line.
Check what's connected
Confirm every source is connected before you trust a report.
Connect a new source
Add a platform, store or warehouse so it feeds your models.
Organize campaigns
Label campaigns into tactics so media is grouped correctly.
Prevent data gaps
Catch anything that isn't connected before it affects models and forecasts.

How it works

Connect, monitor, organize — then keep it current.
1

Review your Integrations

The Integrations tab lists the systems Prescient reads from and writes to — warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake, pipelines like Fivetran, plus ecommerce, ad and analytics platforms. Each shows its status; select one to review its connection details.

2

Check connection status

The Channels tab (shown above) lists every connector with its type, last sync and status. Connected means Prescient is receiving data; anything not connected means a feed needs attention before it creates gaps.

Watch the Status column and use the All statuses filter to surface anything that isn't Connected.
3

Organize campaigns into tactics

The Tactics tab groups campaigns for modeling. Filter Labeled / Unlabeled, then assign each campaign a tactic (e.g. prospecting, retargeting). Review newly imported or renamed campaigns so they stay classified correctly.

Keep your data current

Complete, connected data is the foundation for everything else. Keep material revenue and media sources connected, reconnect any source that drops off, and add major promotions and events before model reviews. Check for unmapped campaigns after launching new media.

Good data here means reliable results in Attribution, Model Center and Media Forecaster.

Two ideas worth knowing

What the statuses and labels actually control.
Status = connected or not

A connector's status tells you whether Prescient is receiving its data. Connected means data is flowing; anything else means a source isn't syncing and can quietly leave gaps that skew attribution and forecasts — so check it first.

Tactics = how media is grouped

Every campaign is grouped into a tactic (prospecting, retargeting, branded search…). These labels decide how spend is rolled up across the platform. Unlabeled or misclassified campaigns can distort results, so keep them current — especially after launches and renames.

Tips

Keep the foundation solid.

Keep all material revenue and media sources connected.

Reconnect any source that drops off — gaps compound over time.

Check for unmapped campaigns after launching new media.

Review renamed or new campaigns so tactics stay accurate.
